These terms define the conditions for using 5Trade services and outline rights, responsibilities, and acceptable use standards.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 5Trade, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activities performed under your account.

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Maintain security of login credentials and connected devices.
  • Notify 5Trade immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

Permitted Use

You may use the platform for lawful market participation and analysis. Misuse, abuse, or disruption of services is prohibited.

  • No reverse engineering or unauthorized automation that harms platform integrity.
  • No market manipulation, unlawful activity, or policy-violating conduct.
  • No misuse of another user's identity, credentials, or account access.

Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all users. You remain fully responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and financial outcomes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Square Off Rules

The following rules govern liquidation and order execution on 5Trade. Please review them carefully before placing any trades.

  • Liquidation triggers at 70% MTM loss intraday. Account can be liquidated at any point above 70%.
  • 100% Holding margin required to carry positions overnight. Insufficient margin = auto liquidation.
  • At liquidation, the position with the highest loss is squared off first.
  • All orders (Market, SL, Limit) and liquidations execute on BID-ASK prices. Chart highs/lows are NOT used for execution.
  • Any disputes on liquidation or auto square off must be raised with Support within 15 minutes. No queries after that.

Trading Terms & Conditions

The following conditions apply to all trading activity on 5Trade. Violation of these terms may result in trade reversal, account suspension, or termination.

  • Scalping/Jobbing: Profits booked within 2 minutes are considered jobbing/scalping and may be removed.
  • Group Trading: Group trading requires prior written permission.
  • Software Glitch: Report any glitch immediately with your ID. We will square off your position at CMP on receipt of message.
  • Payouts: Payouts may be delayed due to banking issues. Please be patient.
  • VPN: Trading via VPN is strictly prohibited. Trades placed via VPN will be deleted.
  • Margin Maintenance: Hold positions only up to available margin. Maintain adequate margin to avoid partial liquidation.
  • Dividends/Bonus: Stock positions eligible for dividends/bonus must be squared off one day before the ex-date or they will be auto closed.
  • Account Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 7 days will be locked. Contact Support to unlock.
  • Same IP / Cross Orders: Cross orders and same-IP multi-ID trading are strictly prohibited. Profitable trades may be removed without notice.
  • Option Selling Only: Accounts exclusively trading option selling will be terminated after total payout.
  • Negative Balance: We protect your negative balance. Step-out level is 30%. Any negative balance beyond this will be waived off.
  • Account Security: Account security is the client's responsibility. Company is not liable for unauthorized transactions due to password sharing.
  • Order Execution: Limit/SL/TP orders execute on bid-ask, not LTP. Orders may fill above high or below low, or may not fill despite price movement.
  • Software Issues: During software issues, only open positions will be closed. New positions that could not be opened will not be processed.
  • Chamka / Insider: Chamka, lines, and insider trades are not acceptable.
